As the title suggest, in Christianity you have those who are willing to contend for the “Faith once and for all delivered to the Saints” and those who only put up a good front, but are actually like the title suggest, “Pretenders.” Unfortunately there are many more “Pretenders” than one might think in present day Christianity.

Jas 1:2-3 says, to “count it joy when we fall into various trials, knowing that the trying of our faith works patience.” When we can develop patience in the midst of a trial then we know that our faith has grown.
